California Dreamin'

I was doing some California Dreamin' last night and was looking at real estate listings in Los Angeles.  I have seen this house in person and she is a beauty!  The price just went down to $1.89M, I believe it originally went on the market a couple years ago for $2.2M..what a steal!  Gotta love LA housing prices.

The property is enclosed by a gated hedge and you walk into a courtyard oasis from the city.  There is a lovely fountain you can barely see on the right side of this picture that helps sets the relaxing tone.
