Red O Restaurant West Hollywood

I just ate at Red O...finally...and it was Yum, not to mention beautiful! The menu was created by renowned chef Rick Bayless.

The design is gorgeous!  Bellow is an open air dining area when you first walk in the restaurant.

I drank their "Market Margarita" at this lovely bar below.  The market margarita is made with  honeydew and cucumber - very refreshing!

Then we ate dinner at the round  table at the far end of this banquette.

We started with the guacamole, queso fundido with chorizo, goat cheese tamales, sweet plantain sopes and duck taquitos.  They were all equally delicious!  I mean, really delish and good portion size!
I ordered the Chicken Mole as my entree, which is the dish that Rick Bayless prepared on Top Chef.  It was very good but if I go back to Red O, I will order tons of small bites again and not order an entree.
