Chicken Marbella from the Silver Palate Cookbook might be one of the most famous recipes ever. Everyone loves it....even kids. Prunes and olives and capers might not sound like a winning combo but TRUST me this recipe is the best! I use boneless skinless chicken breasts and less than 1/2 the brown sugar that the recipe calls for...sometimes no brown sugar and it is still delish. It is definitely company worthy.
I made it over the weekend with brown rice and cauliflower mash. To make the cauliflower mash, I just steamed the cauliflower and put in blender with a little greek yogurt, almond milk, parmesan, salt and pepper and a drizzle of truffle oil.
It makes the house smell fantastic and is comforting on a chilly night(all though it works well on a hot November night in LA as well).

This is a favorite at our house too! Yummy! Might have to make today so we can have tue or wed!
